From the Victorian Trading Co Wood Rocking Horse This item is new, but arrived to our warehouse with a bit of damage. On the horses neck is the worst dent, but you could flip his hair over to cover. His ears show a few nicks. You could wood putty OR just add a bit of stain. There is a few spots on the base that have some damage to the finish. The classic rocking horse: no Victorian-era upper-class children's playroom was without one. Some were mounted on oval wood rockers, others on a 'safety' stand, where steel swings allowed for greater movement on a stationary base.
